Fashion mogul Vera Wang has stunned fans with her youthful appearance at the Met Gala, prompting questions about her age-defying looks. At 76, she showed off a toned physique in a crop top and trousers on the red carpet, sparking admiration on social media.
Wang has now revealed her secrets to staying young, which include work, sleep, a vodka cocktail, avoiding the sun, and eating McDonald's. She told Page Six that she sometimes spends two weeks at a time having daily visits to the fast-food chain before switching to another, such as Dunkin' Donuts, where she enjoys a jelly donut with vanilla cream.
The designer also credited her career as a key factor, stating, 'I think work keeps you young and stimulated. I work very long hours, I’ve raised two daughters. I think keeping busy is the best antidote for good health.' She emphasised that she never obsessively pursued youth preservation.
Wang also noted that she quit Diet Coke six years ago, describing it as the 'hardest thing she ever gave up,' and now drinks water. She maintains balance in her diet, enjoying sashimi with brown rice, Chinese steamed broccoli, and artichoke salad.
