ITV has released a brand-new teaser trailer for Trigger Point, offering fans a first glimpse at the highly anticipated fourth series. The police drama, which follows explosives officer Lana Washington played by Vicky McClure, returns with a trailer unveiled on 15 June.
What to Expect in Series 4
The show, executive produced by Line of Duty's Jed Mercurio, chronicles Lana and her team as they defuse bomb threats under immense pressure. Previous series have explored Lana's post-traumatic stress from harrowing events and heartbreaking losses. In the new teaser, she asks an off-screen figure: "Is this it? Is this the last one?" sparking speculation about her fate.
Cast and New Additions
Returning cast members include Eric Shango as Danny, Nabil Elouahabi as Hass, Natalie Simpson as DS Helen Morgan, and Maanuv Thiara as DCI Batra. New guest stars Julie Graham and Jonas Armstrong join the lineup. The series is written by Chris Brandon and directed by Jennie Darnell and Nirpal Bhogal.
