Former TOWIE star Tom Pearce has become a father for the first time, announcing the birth of his daughter Ariella Lua Pearce. The 35-year-old shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday, April 22, posting a photo with his wife and newborn.
In the caption, Pearce wrote: 'Welcome to the world, Ariella Lua Pearce, you have our hearts. Couldn’t be more proud of my lovely wife for growing our beautiful girl.' The post also showed his wife in hospital, smiling and holding the baby surrounded by pink balloons.
Fellow TOWIE alumni Ferne McCann and Joey Essex were among those congratulating the couple. McCann commented: 'So precious, congratulations both!' while Essex wrote: 'Congratulations brother! Big love to you both, so proud.'
Pearce, who joined TOWIE in 2012 as a friend of Joey Essex, left the show in 2014 and now lives in Dubai. He was previously in a brief relationship with co-star Lucy Mecklenburgh. In 2022, he announced his engagement to Rebecca Walker, but the couple reportedly split in 2024.
