The Only Way Is Essex star Saffron Lempriere has revealed she has lost three stone in just five months. The reality TV star took to social media to share her transformation, showing off loose-fitting trousers in a video.
Lempriere wrote: 'I'm now 5 months into my juniper journey and 3 stone down feeling amazing and getting back to my best self. This is more than just a programme it's a life style change!' The post, marked as an advert, featured her in metallic purple trousers and a white bra.
Fellow TOWIE stars praised her, with Ferne McCann commenting 'You look unreal babe' and Freddie Bentley adding 'Well done Saf.' Lempriere joined the cast in 2018 as Gemma Collins' best friend, but the pair fell out over a man. She said: 'We've never spoken since. We were like sisters. It really hurt me at the time.'
In 2023, Lempriere opened up about a miscarriage she suffered in 2020, sharing hospital pictures to mark Baby Loss Awareness Week and support charity Tommy's.
