Reality television personality Saffron Lempriere has unveiled a dramatic physical transformation, announcing she has shed an impressive three stone in just five months. The star of The Only Way Is Essex credited a weight loss injection programme for her results, which she has been promoting to her social media followers.
A Stunning Five-Month Transformation
Lempriere shared her progress with fans in a recent social media post, marked as an advertisement. She showcased her slimmer figure in a pair of loose-fitting metallic purple trousers and a white bra. "I'm now 5 months into my juniper journey and 3 stone down feeling amazing and getting back to my best self," she wrote.
The star emphasised that the programme represented a significant lifestyle change for her. In the accompanying video, she completed the look with a matching purple top and a voluminous blow-dry, receiving a flood of supportive comments from followers and fellow celebrities.
Praise from Fans and Former Co-Stars
Her update was quickly met with admiration from her social media circle. Fellow reality star Ferne McCann commented, "You look unreal babe," while TOWIE cast member Freddie Bentley added, "Well done Saf." The positive reception highlights her prominent status within the UK reality TV scene.
Lempriere, who joined the cast of TOWIE in 2018 originally as Gemma Collins's best friend, also appeared on Collins's show Diva Espana. However, the once-close friendship between the two women has since broken down.
The End of a 'Sisterly' Friendship with Gemma Collins
Speaking about their rift last year, Lempriere revealed it stemmed from a disagreement over a man she dated. "My ex, I was with him for two years... I think maybe she always had a bit of a thing for him," she explained. The fallout was profound, with Lempriere stating, "We've never spoken since... It really hurt me at the time."
She described their former bond as being "like sisters" but confirmed the friendship had reached its end, choosing not to discuss the specific reasons publicly. This personal revelation adds a layer of personal history to her public journey.
In 2023, Lempriere also bravely opened up about suffering a miscarriage in 2020, sharing her experience to mark Baby Loss Awareness Week and to support others dealing with similar trauma. Her recent weight loss update marks another chapter of personal change for the television star, who continues to share her life's highs and lows with a dedicated audience.
