Jeremy Vine co-host Storm Huntley has revealed she suffered a miscarriage in 2024. The 39-year-old Scottish presenter shared a heartfelt Instagram post about finding a 'big brother' T-shirt intended for her son Otis, which was never worn.
The T-shirt, featuring a yellow digger, read: 'Big brother under construction. Estimated completion date October 2024.' Huntley wrote: 'Cleaning out my wardrobe today... This is a hard one to let go of. I've had a baby since and I'm so happy with my little family. But where does this go?'
Huntley, married to The LaFontaines frontman Kerr Okan, has two children: Otis (born 2022) and daughter Sloan Blue Okan (born March 15, 2025). She said the T-shirt didn't fit into any of her three piles—bin, charity, or back in the cupboard—adding: 'None feel right.'
She concluded: 'Sharing this because miscarriage is so common but not talked about enough.' This is the first time Huntley has publicly discussed the loss.
Huntley announced her pregnancy with Sloan in September 2024 on the Jeremy Vine show, saying she was 14 weeks along. She and Kerr married in 2021 at Loch Lomond.
