Amanda Holden Stuns at Global's Make Some Noise London Gala
Stars Shine at Global's Make Some Noise Charity Event

The heart of London was lit up with star power on Tuesday night as a host of famous faces descended upon the capital for Global's annual Make Some Noise charity gala. The event saw some of the UK's most beloved presenters and radio stars unite for a night dedicated to raising crucial funds for small, local charities across the country.

A Night of Glamour and Giving

Leading the arrivals was the ever-radiant Amanda Holden, who truly stole the show. The Heart FM presenter, 54, looked nothing short of sensational in a daring black lace dress that showcased her legs and featured a stylish cut-out over her cleavage. Demonstrating an age-defying elegance, she complemented the look with strappy high heels and her signature golden hair swept back, confidently posing for the cameras.

She was in excellent company, joined by co-stars Ashley Roberts and Kate Garraway. Ashley, 44, made a bold style statement in a sheer pink skirt and a strapless top with a transparent covering, leaving little to the imagination. Meanwhile, Kate exuded sophistication in a striking shiny gold dress, sporting a deep tan and a confident smile as she arrived.

The Cause Behind the Celebrities

This star-studded gathering had a profound purpose: to raise money for Global's Make Some Noise, the official charity of Global media. The organisation is dedicated to funding vital projects delivered by small, local charities throughout the UK, ensuring that no-one faces life's toughest challenges alone.

The event was a true representation of the Global family, with presenters from across its stations showing their support. The lineup included Heart's Jamie Theakston, Capital Breakfast's Jordan North and Chris Stark, Smooth's Kate Garraway, LBC's Nick Ferrari and James O'Brien, and Johnny Vaughan from Radio X. Global podcast star Jon Sopel from The News Agents was also on hand to lend his backing.

The evening featured a major auction of prizes and surprise performances from four music artists, all made possible with the support of headline sponsor, Barclaycard. Every single penny raised from the gala will go directly to Make Some Noise and its life-changing work in communities nationwide.

Life Away from the Limelight

Amanda's glittering appearance comes after she recently shared a relatable glimpse into her home life, revealing that her youngest daughter, Hollie, actively avoids being seen with her. She joked that the teenager wants 'no connection' with her famous mother, even crossing the road to avoid her at the school gates.

Despite being one of the most recognisable faces on British TV, Amanda has always encouraged her daughters, Lexi, 19, and Hollie, to stay grounded. She told The Sun that she hopes they have developed 'a thick skin' from her, a necessary trait if they ever choose to step into the public eye. While Lexi has already been signed by a top modelling agency, it seems Hollie is determined to carve out her own path, far from the flashbulbs.
