Stacey Solomon has been flooded with messages from fans after sharing an emotional update on her disabled dog Teddy. The Loose Women star revealed how her other dog, Peanut, has adapted to Teddy's condition, which left him unable to use his back legs following a spinal disc issue last year.
In a video posted to Instagram, Peanut was seen waiting outside Teddy's crate while he rested. Stacey wrote: 'When your best friend needs some alone time in his safe space & you just get it. You wait outside so you can be close by, and ready for when your bestie wants a cuddle or needs you.' She added that Teddy's disability has not been easy for Peanut, but he has become a protective and gentle companion.
Fans were quick to praise the dogs' bond. One commented: 'This is just adorable and solidifies the reason dogs are just the best.' Another said: 'Oh my heart has melted.' Many expressed how much they miss seeing updates on the dogs since Stacey's show ended.
Stacey also shared an update on Teddy's crate, which she was initially nervous about introducing. She explained that Teddy loves his crate and uses it as a safe space to rest. 'He has to have rest time since his discs slipped and he lost his legs,' she said. 'From the minute we got it, he loves it.'
The Sort Your Life Out host adopted Teddy before his diagnosis and has since invested in wheels to help him get around. She has regularly shared updates on his progress, thanking fans for their ongoing support.
