Shania Twain Dazzles in Corset and Hotpants Opening for Harry Styles

Shania Twain looked incredible as she opened for Harry Styles' string of Wembley dates last night, which will make history, as the 12-night run is the longest by any artist who has ever played at the iconic London venue.

The 60-year-old country singer donned a black corset top that she teamed with matching hot pants, tights and knee-high suede boots as she got the crowd going with huge hits like That Don't Impress Me Much and Man! I Feel Like A Woman! before former One Direction star Harry appeared on stage.

She completed her look with a pair of fingerless, sheer black gloves that covered most of her arms, a silver choker, matching bracelets on each wrist, and a stack of layered gold necklaces.

Sharing snaps from the night on Instagram, Shania wrote: 'Wembley Stadium... WOW! What a way to kick off this run of shows with my gorgeous friend @harrystyles. You were so loud!! Thank you for welcoming this Canadian girl with so much love.'

The country legend treated fans to some of her biggest hits. Fans who have tickets to Harry's upcoming Wembley shows won't be disappointed, as Shania will be performing at all of them. While 32-year-old Harry will be promoting the release of his fourth studio album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.

In the comments, one fan wrote they'd be having a 'Shania Summer'. Another called for a full-on Shania tour and urged: 'We need a Shania Stadium Summer tour!' A third wrote: 'Can't wait to see you!'

A fourth, who attended last night's show, praised Shania's performance and posted in the comments: 'You gooo guuurl! What a blast! A huge crowd singing along and waving their hands to 'You're Still The One' was magnificent. So emotional! You're absolutely fantastic, Shania. Keep on going. You rock on!'

'QUEEN,' a fifth simply said, as a sixth - who was also at the June 12 show - added: 'Shania you were absolutely fab as usual and I was there singing along to every word.' They then joked: 'Okay, so you're Harry Styles. That don't impress me much!'

Harry's Together Together tour at Wembley Stadium runs from June 12 to July 4. His setlist features older tracks like Golden, Adore You and Watermelon Sugar, as well as songs from his new album like Are You Listening Yet?, Dance No More and Aperture.

After London, the tour heads to Sao Paulo, Mexico City, New York City, Melbourne and Sydney. But his Wembley stint will cement his status as the longest-running star to have ever played the venue, surpassing the likes of Coldplay and Taylor Swift.

Reflecting on his early days in One Direction as the UK leg of his world tour kicked off, Harry thanked his mum Anne and sister Gemma for signing him up and bringing him to Wembley for his X Factor audition 16 years ago. The singer also recalled his early days in One Direction - a rare mention of the band on his tours - and how this part of the city would always hold a special place in his heart.

He told the 90,000 fans packed into the stadium: 'Well, it is an absolute pleasure to be here at Wembley Stadium. Thank you so much for allowing us to do these shows here. Thank you for coming. I'm aware I don't get to do this if you guys don't come.'

In a nod to the nearby arena where he first got put in the chart-topping band, he told fans: '16 years ago my mother signed me up for the X Factor without my knowledge, and I wouldn't be here today if she hadn't had done that. And she's here tonight, thank you so much.

'Just outside this building - at Wembley Arena 16 years ago, my sister brought me to London for the very first time for my X Factor audition. Driving here today, and any time I come to Wembley, it means so much to me.'

'You changed my life - all of you - so much,' he said - and in a nod to the infamous line from his track Dance No More, which was adorned on many fans' T-shirts around the venue, he added: 'Remember, respect your mother!'
