Coronation Street icon Sally Dynevor is not the only famous person in her family. The 63-year-old actress, who joined the ITV soap in 1986 as Sally Seddon, later became known for marrying mechanic Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell). Over 40 years in Weatherfield, Sally has faced a devastating cancer battle and numerous failed romances, with her marriage to Tim (Joe Duttine) also experiencing ups and downs.

Life Away from the Cobbles

Off-screen, Sally is married to Tim Dynevor, a successful screenwriter who has worked on Emmerdale, The Drowning, and Desperate Measures. According to IMDb, Tim wrote over 2,000 episodes of Emmerdale between 1995 and 2016. His last credited episode aired in January 2016, following Diane Sugden and Adam Barton.

Recently, Sally shared snaps from a trip to Iceland on Instagram, captioning the post: "Well, that was an adventure. What a wonderful, beautiful country Iceland is." Fans and co-stars gushed over the post, with Jane Danson commenting: "Pretty special I really want to go again. Glad you had a fab time Sal." Family and Famous Daughters

Sally and Tim have three children: daughters Phoebe, 31, and Hattie, 22, and son Sam, 29. Both daughters have followed their parents into television careers. Hattie stars as Libby Guthrie in the BBC drama Waterloo Road and appeared in the Netflix series Legends as Arabella. Phoebe also launched her acting career on Waterloo Road, playing Siobhan Mailey between 2009 and 2020.

Phoebe is best known for playing Daphne, the wife of Simon Basset (Regé-Jean Page), in the Netflix period drama Bridgerton. Speaking to Collider, she said: "When the first season came out, they didn't know what they needed to put in play. We were the ones that got away, in a certain way. I can only speak for myself, I would always come back if I was asked. I have not received a call. When I get that call, I will be there if I can." She has since starred in shows like The Musketeers, Dickensian, Snatch, and Ten Percent, as well as films such as The Colour Room, Inheritance, and Thrash.

Coronation Street airs weekdays on ITV and ITVX.
