Princess Charlotte arrived for her first day at St Thomas's Battersea school in London on Thursday, sporting a sparkly pink unicorn key ring on her school bag. The £3 accessory, available from several online retailers, added a touch of glamour to the four-year-old's navy blue uniform.
The young royal was accompanied by her mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, her father, Prince William, and her brother Prince George. The Duchess carried Charlotte's satchel, which bore the logo of the £19,000-a-year private school. Charlotte, who had her hair in a ponytail with a bow, was seen waving and flicking her hair as she entered the school gates.
The Duchess wore a £215 Michael Kors floral dress with a black belt and navy blue heels, an outfit she previously wore for rehearsals of Prince Harry's wedding. The family had recently returned from a two-week holiday in Mustique.
