Made In Chelsea star Ruby Adler proudly displayed her large diamond engagement ring as she celebrated her reality star fiancé Gavin Rubinstein's proposal on Wednesday. The couple, who have experienced a whirlwind romance since splitting from their exes last year, announced their engagement while posing on a luxury yacht.

Friends Melissa Tattam and Tia De Haan shared new photographs offering a closer view of the diamond ring. Melissa, a former co-star on Made In Chelsea, posted a snapshot of a celebratory drink with Ruby following the engagement. Tia shared a screenshot of a FaceTime call where Ruby shared the good news and flaunted the ring.
Gavin's Confirmation
Luxury real estate agent Gavin Rubinstein, 38, confirmed the news on Tuesday, stating that Ruby would take his last name to become Ruby Rubinstein, according to Realestate.com.au. 'We're yet to set the date, but we're going to enjoy our engagement,' the Rubinstein Group co-founder told the publication. The couple, who have been living together in Sydney for almost a year, plan to spend time in London with Ruby's family and then take a European holiday to celebrate, after reconnecting in Europe during summer last year.
Background of Their Relationship
News of Ruby and Gavin's relationship first emerged in June last year when the Made In Chelsea star was accused of cheating on her co-star Reza Amiri with the agent. However, Ruby has denied these claims. The couple had been in an on/off relationship for ten years, but in the 2025 season of the show, they appeared committed. Days after the season wrapped in April, Ruby flew to Los Angeles to spend time with Gavin.
Ruby clarified on the Private Parts podcast in June that she and Reza were never in a committed relationship. Reza and Ruby met in 2014 through mutual friends and joined Made In Chelsea together in 2019. Ruby has since left the series. Gavin, star of Prime Video's Luxe Listings Sydney, had been single since April 2025 after splitting from model girlfriend Holly Young. Ruby and Gavin first met more than a decade ago while on separate holidays in Mykonos. 'We were on separate holidays staying at the same hotel and then we just reconnected recently. I was like 19 when I met him,' Ruby said last year. 'He's like a familiar face, which is quite nice actually.'
