The Brentford B forward was seen at the Chiltern Firehouse, a celebrity hotspot, wearing a teeth grill and flashing his boxer shorts while chatting with a mystery female companion.
David Beckham famously wore bandanas in 1999 and 2000, including at a party hosted by Jade Jagger and during a performance by his wife Victoria. Romeo has previously replicated other looks from his father, such as a buzz cut and an extensive tattoo collection, which he shares with brothers Brooklyn and Cruz.
Romeo's dating life has also made headlines. He and model Mia Regan, also 21, announced their split in February after five years together, though they were spotted holding hands weeks later. Reports suggest Romeo briefly joined the celebrity dating app Raya, with a source describing his profile as 'colourful but subtle'.
On the football front, Romeo signed a permanent deal with Brentford last summer after a loan spell from Inter Miami, committing to a one-year contract at the age of 20.
