Former Page 3 model Rhian Sugden has undergone a £10,000 breast reduction after her 34GG breasts left her in agony. The 38-year-old, who rose to fame on Celebrity Big Brother, said her nipples were 11cm lower than they should be after having her first child in 2024.
In a video shared with her 492,000 Instagram followers, Sugden explained that gravity had taken its toll on her body. She described difficulty finding bras and bikinis that fit, constant back pain requiring weekly massages, and problems swimming due to her breasts pushing out the water.
The surgery, performed at Pall Mall Cosmetics in Newton-le-Willows, aimed to make her breasts 'a bit smaller, perkier, uplifted'. Sugden said she was left with deep grooves in her shoulders from bra straps and relied on painkillers to get through the day.
Her husband, Coronation Street actor Oliver Mellor, was initially 'gutted' about the decision but understood her need for relief. Some fans criticised the move, with one OnlyFans subscriber demanding a refund, but Sugden said the reduction would be 'life-changing' and improve her quality of life.
