On The Waterfront returns this week, with home-grown talent Red Rum Club kicking off Friday night's event. Set against the iconic backdrop of Liverpool’s Pier Head, the event runs from Thursday, June 18 to Sunday, June 21.

The Liverpool sextet have built a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting live acts, with their bold, brass-driven ‘Mariachi Merseybeat’ sound and infectious energy earning fans from Merseyside to Mexico.

Joining the headline band will be Only the Poets, The Lilacs, Keyside, The Kairos and The Kowloons, bringing together an incredible selection of rising and established indie talent.
With one of Liverpool’s most exciting headline acts leading a stacked bill of must-see live acts, this is set to be one of the standout shows of the summer.
Red Rum Club Start Times and Last Entry
The event is open from 5pm until 11pm. Last entry is at 7.30pm. The Kowloons will perform at 5:10pm until 5:40pm. The Kairos is scheduled for 6pm until 6.30pm, followed by Keyside at 6.50pm until 7.20pm. The Lilacs take over from 7:40pm until 8.10pm before Only The Poets from 8.35pm until 9.05pm. Red Rum Club will hit the stage at 9.30pm until 11pm.

Road Closures
Access to the Pier Head is no longer available for pedestrians from the Water Street, Mann Island and Royal Albert dock entrances. Road closures are in place from now until the end of the festival. The stage is under construction and access toward the George Parade area is blocked due to building works.
