Princess Andre has broken her silence following the end of her parents' long-running feud. The 18-year-old described the truce between Katie Price and Peter Andre as a 'relief' and expressed hope for a more peaceful family dynamic.
In an interview with The Sun's Fabulous magazine, Princess said: 'I feel really happy that they've both agreed to move forward on good terms. For myself and Junior, it's nice to know that life will be easier for everybody.' She added that the end of the feud means she and her brother Junior will no longer be put in the middle of their parents' disputes.
The former couple, who were married for four years until their 2009 split, had been engaged in a bitter war of words for over a decade. However, earlier this month they released a joint statement announcing they had signed a legal contract agreeing not to speak negatively about each other in the future.
Katie Price posted the statement on Instagram, which was later shared by Peter Andre. It read: 'We have reached a mutual agreement, both legally and personally confirming that neither of us will speak negatively about the other going forward. This decision reflects a shared commitment to our family and stability.'
Princess, who was a small child when her parents split, said the truce is 'definitely a relief' and that she feels the family can now 'all be happy'. She also hopes the agreement will help clear up rumours, noting that 'not everything people see online is true'.
