Eagle-eyed royal fans have noted that Prince Louis is the spitting image of a close relative. The young prince looked adorable as he joined his family at Trooping the Colour today.
Prince Louis Resembles Maternal Grandfather
Prince Louis stole the show as he accompanied his royal relatives at Trooping the Colour. While Prince William rode horseback, the eight-year-old sat next to his mother, Princess Catherine, along with his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, in a carriage along The Mall. As Princess Charlotte waved to onlookers and George appeared grown-up, fans could not help but notice how much Louis resembled his maternal grandfather, Michael Middleton.
Louis and his siblings have grown close to Catherine's parents, and this is not the first time fans have observed the striking similarity between Michael and his grandson.

Alongside a new picture of Louis from today, one fan wrote on X: "Prince Louis is the double of his grandfather Michael Middleton and growing up fast." Another fan commented: "Definitely a Middleton that one!" A third fan, speaking of Michael, added: "He is so like him."
Trooping the Colour Outfits
George, who will celebrate his 13th birthday next month, and Louis looked smart in matching navy suits, while their 11-year-old sister Charlotte wore a beautiful off-white dress. Sitting beside her children in the carriage, Catherine looked stunning in a light blue outfit.
All three children have attended the historic event, which takes place every June and marks the monarch's official birthday, on numerous occasions. George was a few weeks shy of his second birthday when he first appeared at Trooping the Colour in 2015, while his sister and brother were just over one year old in 2016 and 2019, respectively.
Their latest appearance comes after the young trio did not accompany their parents to Peter Phillips' wedding on June 6.
