Peter Andre has revealed that he underwent a nose job just ten days before filming the music video for his 1997 hit 'All About Us'. The 53-year-old singer shared the secret in an Instagram video, saying the procedure boosted his confidence during the shoot.
Andre explained that he had tape on his nose between takes, which he had to remove for each scene. He said: 'I remember feeling so confident when I was wearing the suits and that was because I didn't have this big nose anymore and I felt comfortable doing all angles.'
The singer previously spoke about his insecurities over his nose, telling Abbey Clancy on her podcast that he took a picture of Robert Downey Jr to a cosmetic surgeon in Los Angeles, asking to look like the actor. The surgeon reportedly replied: 'I'm not a magician.'
Fans reacted to the revelation on social media, with some preferring his original nose. One wrote: 'I prefer your old nose. I kept saying .. he's nose is more pinched.' Another added: 'Was never anything wrong with your nose.'
Andre rose to fame in the 1990s as a pop star and later became a television personality after appearing on 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!' with his then-future wife Katie Price. The couple married in 2005 and had two children before divorcing in 2009.
