Portia Oduba, the estranged wife of former Strictly Come Dancing winner Ore Oduba, has spoken about the emotional and physical toll of their separation, revealing that their two young children were 'really upset' after learning the family home had to be sold earlier this year.
The 36-year-old former TV researcher, who recently qualified as a personal trainer, said her 'stomach is all over the place' as she prepares to move her children to a new school in Kent, leaving behind her close network of mum friends. 'I’ve just been feeling really anxious this week,' she told followers.
Portia, who split from Ore in 2023, described feeling overwhelmed by the changes. 'I don’t really like change, especially when it comes to the kids,' she said. 'I also feel like I’m leaving my support network. I’ve got friends at the school who have been an absolute rock for me and the kids.'
Despite the upheaval, Portia has found happiness in a new relationship with British-German businessman Joshua Saxon Birch, which she confirmed on social media last year. Meanwhile, Ore, who won Strictly in 2016, recently admitted his addiction to porn 'destroyed' his life and cost him thousands of pounds. The couple, who share two children—Roman, eight, and Genie, four—ended their nine-year marriage in October 2024.
