Olivia Attwood has secured a new ITV reality show where she will attempt to transform eight cheating or lazy boyfriends into ideal partners. The 33-year-old former Love Island star described herself as 'excited and honoured' to present the series, which was filmed in Greece earlier this year.
The 11-episode programme, set to air in autumn, follows eight unsuspecting boyfriends who are flown to a Greek island under the guise of filming a series about manhood and bromance. However, they are shocked when Attwood appears to announce their partying days are over and she is there to whip them into better boyfriend shape.
Throughout the series, the Loose Women panellist works to reform the serial cheaters and lazy lovers as they compete in challenges to become the most improved boyfriend. Dramatic scenes ensue when the boyfriends come face-to-face with their long-suffering girlfriends, and eliminations occur as the least improved are voted out, leaving one winner facing a huge dilemma.
Attwood said: 'I'm so excited and honoured to announce that I am hosting my own dating show. This series has been two years in the making and keeping it under wraps has been so difficult! Filming with the couples in Greece exceeded all my expectations.' Kate Teckman, Head of Development at ITV, added: 'Expect the unexpected with lots of twists, turns and laugh out loud moments.'
The series marks a significant milestone in Attwood's career, which began as a Love Island contestant in 2017 and has since expanded to include documentaries, a podcast, and regular appearances on Loose Women. A TV source revealed she was offered a six-figure deal to front the show, tipped to be the biggest new reality series since Love Island.
