Fans were left distracted as they looked for clues in Olivia Attwood's latest social media update, days after snaps emerged of her kissing Pete Wicks.
Olivia Attwood's Instagram Post Sparks Soft Launch Speculation
Former Love Island star turned TV presenter Olivia recently split from her footballer husband, Bradley Dack, after two years of marriage. The former couple tied the knot back in the summer of 2023, in a ceremony held at the Bulgari Hotel in London's Knightsbridge.
Since the split, Olivia has been linked to her Sunday Roast podcast co-host Pete, with whom she is close friends. But while neither of them has been directly commenting on their current relationship status, new photos of Olivia and Pete have emerged of them enjoying a romantic holiday at a resort in the south of France.
The pair headed off to the Nikki Beach club in Saint Tropez, and they were spotted kissing each other on Friday (June 12) as they enjoyed some downtime by the pool.
Fans Spot Pete's Shadow in Photo
Now, Olivia has taken to Instagram with a string of photos from the trip, but with former TOWIE star Pete notably absent. However, that hasn't stopped her followers looking for hints of a 'soft launch' in the upload, which the Loose Women star captioned: "All I ever wanted was everything."
The post included images of Olivia sipping on glasses of wine outside under the French sun, as well as doing a spot of shopping in some of the designer shops.
But it was one photo that her followers think they could have spotted Pete's appearance. @jodies__home said: "I know a super, slight, tiny soft launch when I see one. Pic 4 the shadowwwwww." @caroline_davison quipped: "That shadow looks good on you!" @bethanyymc commented: "Not me zooming into the glasses to see who's taking photo." @frann.mee replied: "You can see his shadow." @aash.leigh.x added: "@p_wicks01 looks great on you!"
It comes just weeks after best pal Sam Thompson teased Pete on their Staying Relevant podcast about being pictured with Olivia at the airport following her trip to Miami. However, they did not mention her by name.
"Yeah when I’m around. I bumped into a few people I know and that. It’s just one of those things sometimes I like to go to the airport to get my coffee, there’s a really good Cafe Nero there…" Pete joked. "Aside from podcasting, doing the dog show and all the rest of it, I also do a bit of baggage handling. I just help people to their cars that sort of stuff. Bills cost money, so I obviously do some Uber work on the side as well – four-star rating."
