Nicole Kidman has been seen for the first time since the collapse of her 19-year marriage to Keith Urban, stepping out for a hike in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday. The 58-year-old actress was photographed with her sister Antonia, who has been described as 'her rock' during the crisis.
Dressed in a tight sports top and leggings, Kidman appeared relaxed, covering her eyes with large sunglasses and wearing a baseball cap. The pair walked a trail near the $4 million mansion Kidman shares with Urban, where she has been staying with their two teenage daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.
Kidman was heard laughing during the four-mile hike, at times gesticulating and linking arms with her sister. The sighting comes after news broke on Monday that Urban had moved out of the family home, citing a 'lack of intimacy' in the marriage. Kidman filed for divorce on Tuesday in Davidson County, Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences.
Sources have suggested Urban may have moved on with a younger woman in the music industry, though friends say he has not discussed dating anyone else. One insider called the potential involvement of another woman 'the biggest humiliation' for Kidman, who has been devoted to Urban since they met in 2005.
Kidman, who split from first husband Tom Cruise in 2001, has maintained a youthful appearance through sunscreen, supplements, and exercise, and has denied having cosmetic surgery. She and Urban married in June 2006, shortly after he entered rehab for addiction.
