The documentary opens with Parker contacting emergency services while driving with a newborn infant on her lap. She is detained and questioned about the infant's origins.

Tragically, the baby passed away after being brought to hospital. Parker had murdered the baby's mother, Reagan Simmons-Hancock, and removed the unborn baby girl, Braxlynn, from her womb. Parker fled the scene, leaving Simmons-Hancock to die alongside her three-year-old daughter.

Before her relationship with Wade, Parker had undergone permanent sterilization. Eighteen months later, a cyst on her ovary led to a hysterectomy, making pregnancy biologically impossible.
Conviction and Sentence
Once Parker's story fell apart, she was arrested and tried. In 2022, she was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death. Despite appeals, she remains on death row in Texas.
