The Wanted star Nathan Sykes has married his long-term girlfriend Charlotte Burke in a ceremony in the Cotswolds, following their engagement in December 2022. The wedding took place in a private event attended by close family and friends.
Sykes, 30, proposed to Burke, a personal trainer, on a beach in St. Lucia where her parents had married years earlier. The couple shared the news on Instagram, with Sykes writing: 'She Said Yes!!!'
The wedding comes after a difficult period for Sykes, who lost his bandmate Tom Parker to brain cancer in March 2022. Sykes has previously stated that The Wanted will 'always be a five-piece' and that the band's focus has shifted to supporting each other.
Burke wore a white gown for the ceremony, while Sykes opted for a classic suit. The couple are said to be 'over the moon' and looking forward to married life.
