Molly-Mae Hague has revealed the secrets behind her stunning appearance at Tommy Fury's boxing match against Eddie Hall, just 11 days after giving birth to their second child, Midas.
The Postpartum Outfit
On Saturday night, the former Love Island star attended the match in a clinging white midi dress with short sleeves and a high collar. She candidly shared on Instagram Stories that she wore Spanx, a giant maternity pad, and relied on prayers to feel confident in the fitted dress.
Tagging the Mae Bestore 'Power Fitted Dress' in size 10, she wrote: “Quite possibly the ONLY dress that would make me feel confident 2 weeks [post partum].” She also tagged the shapewear, retailing at £70, adding: “No gatekeeping with the spanx, also a GIANT pad and a lot of prayers.”
Honest Motherhood Reflection
Molly-Mae also shared a raw glimpse into her life as a new mother, posting a picture of herself breastfeeding. She wrote: “Don’t get twisted. I pulled myself together for a few hours to support Tommy but this is the reality of most of my evenings currently. Taking deep breaths, covered in vomit, while being used as a human cow and trying to look after my other little sassy human too!”
She reflected on the challenges of motherhood, noting that with her first child, Bambi, she felt overwhelmed, but this time she knows difficult phases are temporary. “No difficult day with your baby lasts forever and no tricky chapter stays the same,” she said.
Revealing the Baby Name
The boxing match also marked the public reveal of their son's name, Midas. Molly-Mae had previously kept the name secret, expecting some criticism. Fans had speculated about names like Thumper, given their daughter's name is Bambi.
This was Molly-Mae's first public outing since giving birth, and she expressed confidence in her postpartum body while acknowledging the realities of new motherhood.
