Michelle Dockery and her husband Jasper Waller-Bridge have made their first public appearance since announcing they are expecting their first child. The couple, who married in September 2023, were seen enjoying a rare outing together in London.
The Downton Abbey star, 42, and the film producer, 39, looked relaxed as they stepped out, with Dockery cradling her baby bump. The pair have kept their relationship largely private since being introduced by mutual friends in 2019.
They announced their engagement in The Times in January 2022, and married at St Nicholas' Church in Chiswick, west London, later that year. Their wedding was attended by Dockery's Downton Abbey co-stars including Lily James, Hugh Bonneville and Laura Carmichael, who served as a bridesmaid. Jasper's sister, Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge, was also present.
The couple have made few public appearances together, but were seen at the BFI Chairman's dinner in February 2024, marking their first outing as newlyweds. Dockery is known for her roles in Downton Abbey, The Gentlemen and Anatomy of a Scandal.
