Meghan Markle's Skincare Secrets Revealed in Melbourne

Meghan Markle's first stop after arriving in London last week was not just Prince Harry but also celebrity facialist Sarah Chapman at her Chelsea clinic, Skinesis. The actress, now 36, has long prioritised skincare, having started facials at age 13 in Los Angeles on her mother's advice.

Chapman, known for her discretion, counts Victoria Beckham among her devotees. Beckham uses Chapman's products including the Ultimate Cleanse (£44), Stem Cell Collagen Activator Duo (£149), and Skin Insurance SPF 30 cream (£49). Other A-list clients include Naomi Watts, Uma Thurman, Gigi Hadid and Jourdan Dunn.

Skinesis, which opened two years ago, offers facials that Chapman claims deliver 'dramatic' and 'instant' results. With a six-month waiting list, many clients seek to improve their skin without resorting to Botox. The clinic also has a nurse for injectables, but Chapman notes clients prefer a natural look.

Markle previously wrote on her lifestyle site The Tig about her mother's insistence on facials from age 13, using Yon-Ka products. Now she visits Chapman in London, continuing a lifelong skincare routine that emphasises maintenance over quick fixes.
