Julie Goodwin Wows Fans with Dramatic Transformation Ahead of MasterChef Return

MasterChef Australia winner Julie Goodwin has sparked a fan frenzy with her dramatic weight loss and toned physique, showcased in a promotional photo for her upcoming appearance on the show's 'Back to Win' season.

The 54-year-old celebrity chef posed in a khaki wrap dress that highlighted her muscled arms and toned figure, accessorised with a large orange pendant and rounded glasses. Fans flooded the comments section with praise, with one writing, 'How's the guns on Julie!!' and another exclaiming, 'Arm goals!'

Goodwin, who won the inaugural season in 2009, will return to the hit show on Sunday. Reflecting on her journey, she told The Project: 'It's so strange, like I look at that, and I was in my 30s, now I'm in my 50s. I'm a grandma now, my boys are adults... So much has changed.'

Her transformation follows a previous weight loss during her 2015 stint on 'I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here', which she later described as unhealthy. 'I became foggy in the head, depressed, cranky and had zero energy,' she told The Australian Women's Weekly.

Goodwin has since addressed concerns about her health in a straightforward social media post, stating she is within a healthy weight range and has her doctor's approval. She urged fans to stop obsessing over appearances, writing: 'Can we please find something more interesting to talk about... and can we please leave this obsession with people's looks back in the 1980s.'
