RHONJ's Margaret Josephs, 58, Reveals Rhinoplasty as Part of Anti-Ageing Trend

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Margaret Josephs, 58, has undergone a nose job, sharing the results of her 'nasal rejuvenation' on Instagram this week. The reality star explained that as she aged, the cartilage in her nose no longer supported the tip, causing it to droop and emphasising a bump.

'No one wants a droopy tip... as I got older my tip started to droop as I smiled and I was really unhappy about it,' she wrote. Josephs consulted Beverly Hills surgeon Dr Gary Motykie for a 'slight tweak', adding: 'Now my nose fits my face perfectly and no one can quite put their finger on why!'

In addition to the rhinoplasty, Josephs underwent a facial fat transfer and stem cell treatment to restore lost volume. She has since flaunted her new look at events including Bravocon in November and a Broadway show in New York City on 10 February.

Rhinoplasty is increasingly popular among older patients as an anti-ageing hack. Dr Deepak Dugar, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, told Daily Mail: 'As we age our noses and ears continue to grow and droop with gravity.' He noted a 'massive uptick' in patients over 50 seeking the procedure, which has become his second-largest demographic after 18-to-25-year-olds.

Josephs is no stranger to cosmetic surgery, having had a revision neck lift, deep plane facelift, eyelid lifts in 2019, and a breast lift and reduction in 2020.
