The 10-minute short film, titled Confessions II, features the first six songs from her upcoming album of the same name, set for release on July 3. The project serves as a sequel to her 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor.
A Star-Studded Affair
The video includes appearances by Benedict Cumberbatch, Kate Moss, Debi Mazar, and Julia Garner, who is set to portray Madonna in an upcoming biopic. Surprisingly, Chelsea footballer Cole Palmer makes a cameo in a bathroom scene, turning to the camera while using a urinal. Sabrina Carpenter joins Madonna for their collaboration Bring Your Love on a dance floor, while Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon appears as a camera-wielding seductress.

The video takes viewers through various settings, including an arena, a vehicle, and a nightclub bathroom with heavily implied cocaine use. A woodland scene features green lasers beaming from the hips of gyrating dancers. During a Q&A with Anderson Cooper, Madonna joked about testing the lasers, saying, 'but apparently they get quite hot.'
Fans are encouraged to watch multiple times to catch all the hidden references. The video opens with Madonna in a bright blue latex dress, accompanied by scantily-clad dancers. This release follows her surprise concert in Times Square last Thursday.
