Luke Littler defends ex-girlfriend Eloise Milburn from online hate after split
Luke Littler defends ex-girlfriend from online abuse

Darts world champion Luke Littler has taken a stand on social media to shield his former girlfriend, Eloise Milburn, from a torrent of online abuse following the end of their relationship.

Public defence against online trolls

The teenage darting sensation, who recently won his second consecutive World Darts Championship, posted a clear message urging fans to stop the hate directed at Milburn. "Everyone needs to stop sending hate towards Eloise, saying it's her fault, this and that," Littler stated. He took full responsibility, adding, "I myself split up with Eloise, and everyone just needs to give us some time."

Their relationship, which began when Littler was 16 and Milburn was 21, had been under intense scrutiny since his breakthrough at the 2024 World Darts Championship, where she was a prominent supporter. The age difference attracted unwarranted criticism and abuse towards Milburn online.

Family frustration and relationship timeline

Eloise's parents, Amanda and Phil Milburn, had previously spoken out about the vicious online comments their daughter received. Amanda told the Daily Mail that her daughter was falsely accused of being with Littler for his money and fame, calling the claims "a total pack of lies and disgusting."

The pair, who reportedly first connected over a game of FIFA on Xbox, parted ways in July 2024. Following the split, speculation and blame were unfairly placed on Milburn, prompting Littler's recent public intervention.

Moving forward with a new chapter

Littler has since moved on, appearing at the 2026 World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace with his new partner, Faith Millar. Their relationship became public in July 2025, and she was present to watch him secure the title and the inaugural £1 million prize.

Despite the personal changes, Littler's decisive action highlights the ongoing issue of online harassment faced by public figures and their partners, demonstrating his commitment to setting the record straight and protecting those close to him from unjustified attacks.
