Lily Allen Returns to London After David Harbour Split

Lily Allen has confirmed she has left her New York home following her split from husband David Harbour. The 40-year-old singer, who married the Stranger Things actor in 2020, has purchased an ex-council flat in London, where she plans to live with her two daughters.

Allen, who bought the Brooklyn art deco home with Harbour shortly after their wedding, said decorating her new property has helped her through a 'hard time'. She told The Mirror she has been taking inspiration from interior design magazines for her new pad, believed to be in Notting Hill.

Speaking on her Miss Me? podcast in March, Allen addressed concerns about gentrification, saying the flat is in the area where she grew up. 'I don't feel like I am coming from outside and coming into the area and gentrifying it,' she said, adding that she had wanted to live in the building since childhood.

The singer admitted she felt 'incredibly low' and lonely in New York after the split, which was confirmed in January amid reports of Harbour's infidelity. She said she felt 'extremely heavy' as she 'doesn't have that much to do here' in the city.

Allen has reportedly signed up to dating app Raya and has been romantically linked to actor James Norton, though recent reports suggest Norton has been seen getting close to another woman.
