Leigh-Anne Pinnock Strips for Bold Photo Shoot After Opening Up About Marital 'Betrayal'

Leigh-Anne Pinnock has bared all in a striking new photo shoot for Defined magazine, just days after speaking candidly about 'betrayal' in her marriage to footballer husband Andre Gray. The 34-year-old former Little Mix star appears virtually nude on the cover, wearing only knee-high boots and leather gloves, shielding herself with one hand while meeting the camera with a steady gaze.

The editorial, shot by photographer Rachell Smith, also features Pinnock modelling a white bikini top and matching dress by David Koma, alongside an embellished pink bodysuit by Julie Lamarche. A pared-back black-and-white portrait captures her reclining in a semi-sheer ASAR London dress, offering a softer counterpoint.

The shoot coincides with the upcoming release of her debut solo album, My Ego Told Me To, on February 20. The record will be released independently after she parted ways with Warner Records, which she said lacked the budget to support her next chapter. Pinnock reflected on navigating this transition while raising twins with Gray: 'Going solo, then going independent, then doing all of that whilst being a mum – it’s kind of wild. But I feel like I’ve learned a lot. I’ve built up my resilience.'

Pinnock married Gray in June 2023, two years after welcoming their twins. She recently spoke on the Mad Sad Bad podcast about a difficult period when Gray played overseas, describing a loss of trust that led to heartbreak but also growth. She emphasised that rebuilding the relationship required genuine effort, accountability and therapy, adding that forgiveness is often misunderstood: 'Only you know what is truly right for you.'
