Katie Price has spoken out in defence of her husband Lee Andrews, who has made a series of outlandish claims including that he met Kim Kardashian and Elon Musk. The former glamour model, who married Andrews in January, said he finds it 'funny' to post such statements on Instagram.
Speaking to The Sun, Price explained: 'He thinks it is funny to put it on Instagram. And I am like, but you saying that Lee, you’re going to get sh*t for it.' Her comments come after Andrews went missing earlier this year, prompting fears for his safety, only to be discovered in prison.
Price recently travelled to Dubai for a showdown with her husband, but was unable to speak to him. Despite declaring she would walk away from the marriage, she insisted she still loves him and plans to hear him out. 'I’m not a mug and when I finally see Lee, I am going to question him. And if the answers I get are not right, that will be it,' she said.
While in Dubai, Price met Andrews' ex-girlfriend Dina for a chat that was recorded for her podcast. Price said the discussion 'opened her eyes' but urged other exes to stop warning her about Andrews. 'I just need some time to think. I still cannot end things with Lee until I’ve spoken to him, but that was a lot,' she added.
