Kourtney Kardashian’s Coachella wellness retreat ‘destroyed’ by sandstorm

Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s exclusive Camp Poosh wellness retreat at Coachella was hit by a severe sandstorm on Sunday, turning the luxurious setup into a dusty wasteland within minutes.

A TikTok video posted by social media star Jack Jerry showed the VIP event, which featured massage tables, IV drips and photo opportunities, being battered by gusts of wind reaching up to 50 mph. Tents, booths and umbrellas were blown over as decorations flew through the air.

Jerry’s video, set to Darude’s “Sandstorm,” showed him standing in the storm with sand blasting into his eyes. In one clip, a woman was seen lying on the floor after a table fell on her. Jerry wrote: “Camp Poosh got destroyed by the desert winds.”

Camp Poosh, an invite-only event for Kardashian’s lifestyle brand, is described as a “reimagined adult summer camp” and included food, drinks, glam stations, merchandise, exercise classes and a pool. It took place during the first weekend of Coachella 2026 for the fourth consecutive year.

Influencers shared their experiences in the comments, with one writing: “THAT’S ME SITTING ON THE CHAIR!! it was madness for about 5 seconds! But everything got put back together beautifully.” Another added: “Yes! The umbrellas were getting ripped from the ground! My hair looked INSANE.”

The sandstorm also disrupted other parts of the festival. An EDM set by Anyma was cancelled on Friday due to severe winds, and producer Jigitz ended his set early. Heavy winds are thought to have knocked over a light fixture at the Do Lab stage, injuring a concertgoer. Poosh did not respond to a request for comment.
