Kourtney Kardashian has revealed she has been sober for three years. The 46-year-old reality star and founder of lifestyle brand Poosh shared the milestone in an Instagram Story on January 16.
Posting a photo of a meal out, she wrote: '@Khloudfoods @KhloeKardashian def told them I haven’t drank alcohol in 3 years.' The revelation came subtly, without further elaboration.
Kourtney's sobriety announcement follows a heartfelt tribute to her husband, Travis Barker, on his 50th birthday in November 2025. She described the Blink-182 drummer as a 'survivor' and said it was 'an honour to be your wife'.
Travis responded in the comments, writing: 'I love you so much my wife. Thank you for making everyday feel like a blessing.' The couple married in 2022 and have a two-year-old son, Rocky Thirteen.
