French Montana Buys Selena Gomez's Former Mansion for $3.3M

Rapper French Montana has reportedly purchased Selena Gomez's former Hidden Hills mansion for $3.3 million, according to TMZ. The five-bedroom property is located in the Mureau Estates gated community, where his ex-girlfriend Khloé Kardashian also resides.

Gomez originally listed the nearly 8,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home for $4.4 million in November 2015, but Montana secured a bargain price. He paid only $300,000 less than what the singer, who was plagued by intruders, paid for it in 2014.

The home features a teal-and-purple formal dining room with two-storey walls of windows and caged chandeliers, a walk-in closet the size of a studio apartment, and a Viking-style outdoor kitchen with a brick pizza oven. Other amenities include six bathrooms, a steam shower, a large gym, a theatre, a wine cellar, and a stone-tiled terrace with a fireplace.

Montana, born Karim Kharbouch, will move into the three-acre property with his exotic pets, including a monkey named Julius Caesar. He has a six-year-old son, Kruz, with ex-wife Deen Kharbouch, whom he divorced in 2014—the same year he began dating Khloé Kardashian.

Despite their split, Montana and Kardashian remain close. He told People magazine: 'We're gonna be friends forever, me and Khloé. We got a special kind of relationship. That's one of my best friends.' The pair were last seen together on April 10 at Hyde Sunset Kitchen and Cocktails in Los Angeles.
