Katie Price has opened up about the emotional reasons behind her numerous cosmetic surgeries, admitting she does not consider herself pretty or beautiful. The 46-year-old former glamour model recently returned from Turkey after undergoing a nose job, following a previous procedure for a 'fox eyes' look and ear pinning.
In an interview with The Sun, Price confessed that she dislikes looking at herself in old photos and questioned whether past relationships with men have driven her need for surgery. She stated, 'In all the therapy I’ve had, one thing that I haven’t stemmed down the line of is ‘Why do I feel I need to have surgery’? There must be something happened to make me not like the way I look.'
Price has had multiple boob jobs and facial procedures, but has now ruled out further facial surgery. She expressed that she is not afraid of ageing but doubts she will 'make it to be an old lady'. However, she left the possibility open for more breast surgery in the future.
Concerns have been raised about Price's recovery after she was seen performing on stage in Barnsley shortly after her latest surgery. Gerard Lambe, a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, warned that failing to follow proper aftercare can be fatal, citing risks of wound breakdown, infection, and bleeding.
