Katie Price has claimed that she was told she would win I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here if she returned to the show. The former model and reality star, who has already appeared on the programme twice, told Daybreak that she would be willing to go back for a third time.
Price first appeared on the show in 2004, where she met her then-husband Peter Andre. She returned in 2009 but walked out before the final. Andre is currently appearing in the latest series, which has seen him revisit locations where the couple once spent time together.
Price said: 'I'd do it again. I'd so go back in and I'd stay this time. It's hard work, but I love doing it.' She added that she had been informed by producers that she would be the winner if she participated again.
The show's producers have faced criticism for repeatedly featuring Price and Andre, with some suggesting that the programme has 'jumped the shark' by indulging their desire for screen time. The couple have appeared on the show four times between them.
