Jordan Brook Hospitalised with Brain Swelling, Prays for Miracle

Jordan Brook, the boyfriend of The Only Way Is Essex star Sophie Kasaei, has publicly revealed he is battling a serious brain condition in hospital, describing the ordeal as a "never ending hell" while praying for a miracle. The 31-year-old reality television personality was admitted over the weekend and confirmed he has inflammation and swelling of the brain, though a clear diagnosis is still pending.

Emotional Social Media Updates from Hospital Bed

On Tuesday, Jordan shared a black-and-white photograph from his hospital bed on Instagram, captioning it with a poignant message: "Another day in paradise. Praying for a better one or some sort of miracle." He did not elaborate further on his medical condition but expressed profound distress in earlier posts.

In a previous update, he told his followers: "Unfortunately this is still the view for me. This seems to be a never ending hell at moment. I'm awaiting results from a procedure. Once we get them more will be cleared up– what we do know is I have confirmed inflammation and swelling of the brain."

Jordan acknowledged the frightening nature of his situation, stating it is "a really scary time that reassures you we are all human." He added his hope to "rest up and be fighting fit and back home with my girl and bump, soon but at the minute seems a long way off."

Sophie Kasaei Provides Support Amid Pregnancy

Sophie Kasaei, who is pregnant with the couple's first child, also provided an update to fans after describing their experience as "living a nightmare" last Friday. She wrote: "Jordan is still in the hospital and we are still waiting for answers whilst he is getting treatment and medication."

She explained that Jordan is largely unable to use his phone due to pain and excessive sleeping, with his family providing support at the hospital. Sophie noted it is too risky for her and the baby to be there, but she remains hopeful for his recovery. "He will be there for the next few days and hopefully be on the mend and back home to me and bump very soon. Lots of love," she concluded.

Fertility Journey and Pregnancy Announcement

Jordan's hospitalisation comes after the couple announced in December they are expecting their first child together, following a challenging two-year fertility journey. They shared a sweet video on social media, featuring a bauble on their Christmas tree reading: "Merry Christmas Mummy and Daddy. See you in 2026."

The video highlighted their hope for 2025 to be their year, transitioning to scenes of Sophie showcasing her baby bump in a red dress while Jordan wore a tuxedo. In January, they hosted a star-studded gender reveal event at Three Rivers Golf & Country Club in Cold Norton, attended by reality TV friends including James Argent, Lauren Goodger, and Charlotte Dawson, where they revealed they are expecting a baby boy.

As Jordan continues his hospital stay, both he and Sophie have thanked supporters for their messages of love, with Jordan apologising for not responding due to weakness and to work clients for any disruptions. The couple remains focused on his recovery and their impending parenthood.
