Jimmy Bullard is reportedly planning to confront his fallout with Adam Thomas during the live final of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! on Friday. The former footballer quit the show earlier this week, sparking a heated argument with the Waterloo Road actor.
According to a source close to Bullard, he is ready to tell his side of the story after feeling that ITV's edits missed much of the alleged abuse he received. The source said: “Jimmy is a larger than life character with a wicked sense of humour and will be revelling in the opportunity to make everyone sweat. He knows the truth about what happened. It’s the ultimate sweet revenge.”
The clash, described as the programme's biggest ever, saw Thomas call Bullard a “prick” and shout: “What is up with you? All you had to do was run through some f***ing mud and you said get me out of here.” Rumours that Thomas attempted to kick Bullard have been denied by ITV.
Singer Sinitta, a former contestant, claimed on social media that ITV edited out one of the biggest insults Thomas hurled at Bullard, involving the c-word. ITV has said the aired footage was an “accurate and fair representation of events.” Bullard has thanked Sinitta for her comments and said he cannot wait to share his side.
