Jennifer Lopez demonstrated her professionalism on Saturday night when she stumbled during her Las Vegas residency show but recovered within seconds, barely missing a beat. The 49-year-old singer and actress was performing the second-to-last song of her set, 'Dance Again', and was reaching out to fans when her foot slipped, causing her to fall to the stage.
Thanks to her quick reflexes and the assistance of a nearby fan, Lopez was back on her feet almost instantly. The incident was captured on video and shared on social media, but only those closest to the stage would have noticed otherwise. The fall occurred just before her finale, 'On The Floor', adding a touch of irony to the moment.
Lopez is nearing the end of her 'All I Have' residency at the Zappos Theatre in Planet Hollywood, with only four shows remaining before it concludes on September 29 after 122 performances. Following Saturday's show, she hosted a backstage gathering with celebrity friends including Selena Gomez, Jessica Alba, Sofia Vergara, Becky G, Dua Lipa, and her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez.
The group posed for photos, with Lopez wearing a sparkling blue dress with cut-outs. She shared a picture on social media, captioning it: 'Fun night w these beauties...' The residency, which began in 2016, has been a major success for the multi-talented star.
