James Norton has been linked with Flora Huddart, a casting director, following his split from actress Imogen Poots last year. The Happy Valley star, who turned 40 this month, was seen enjoying a series of outings with Huddart in London, sparking speculation of a new romance. Norton, known for his roles in Happy Valley and the stage production A Little Life, has kept his personal life relatively private, but sources suggest the pair are 'getting to know each other'.
Norton recently spoke about the challenges of fame and press intrusion, admitting that he has learned to be more guarded. 'I'm realising more and more everyone has a fucking phone,' he said, reflecting on a viral moment at Glastonbury where he discussed his breakup. Despite the attention, he described himself as 'feeling Zen' as he enters his forties.
The actor is currently focused on two major TV projects: King & Conqueror, a BBC drama about the Battle of Hastings, and House of Guinness, a Netflix series about the Irish stout dynasty. Norton, who also runs production company Rabbit Track, said he is pushing himself to new limits after the gruelling experience of A Little Life, which he described as 'the hardest thing I've ever done'.
