McFly drummer Harry Judd has revealed he was moved to tears watching his ten-year-old daughter Lola make her West End debut in the title role of Matilda at the Cambridge Theatre.
The former Strictly Come Dancing champion and his wife Izzy were in the auditorium for Lola's opening night and later shared an Instagram video of her curtain call with their followers.
Family milestone
Izzy posted: "Lola's first curtain call as Matilda alongside her brilliant classmates at Crunchem Hall.... A moment we'll never forget." Harry added: "I'll never forget this moment. The only time I've cried more was when she was born."
Lola is one of four young performers alternating in the leading role for the Royal Shakespeare Company's adaptation of Roald Dahl's story. The couple are also parents to two young sons.

The couple received an outpouring of support from celebrity followers. Girls Aloud singer and former Strictly star Kimberley Walsh commented: "Honestly guys I don't know how you do it I would be a wreck. Go Lola."
West End performer Lucie Jones wrote: "I can't (crying emoji) AMAZING Lola congratulations darling girl!" while Zoe Ball said: "h wow congrats to you all but amazing for your Lola. some gorgeous news."
The Masked Singer presenter Joel Dommett enthused: "Yesssss! So so so cool." Another former Strictly champion Ore Oduba remarked: "Wowww oh the biggest congratulations all of you."
Strictly legacy
Harry's mother Emma, who appeared alongside him on BBC's Celebrity Race Across The World, expressed: "A totally unforgettable experience! Lola was just amazing and I couldn't be prouder of her. A real pinch me moment."
Harry, who won Strictly Come Dancing in 2011 with professional partner Aliona Vilani, is preparing to take on the role of Coach Bolton in High School Musical's London stage production, a part previously played by Jason Donovan. Lola was born after his Strictly victory, which saw him beat Waterloo Road star Chelsee Healey in the final after achieving a perfect score of 40 points across two routines.
