Harper Beckham Devastated After Being Refused Entry to Brooklyn's Home

Harper Beckham has been left devastated after a futile attempt to see her brother Brooklyn while the family was in Los Angeles on Friday, June 12. The 13-year-old had traveled to the United States with her brothers Romeo and Cruz and mother Victoria to celebrate her father Sir David being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Hours after the ceremony, Harper was photographed arriving at Brooklyn's residence in an SUV. According to images obtained by Page Six, Harper approached the gates alone, still wearing her pink silk outfit from the event. However, her efforts at reconciliation were in vain, as Brooklyn and his wife Nicola were not home. A source confirmed to Page Six that neither Brooklyn nor Nicola Peltz were present, and the couple is believed to be out of town. Harper left shortly after without seeing her brother.

Family Feud Deepens

The teenager was the only family member to attempt mending fences on Friday, as her brothers have turned against Brooklyn following his attacks on them, as reported by The Mirror. Brooklyn has struggled to maintain a bond with his sister while the feud with his parents continues. The 26-year-old is currently not speaking to David and Victoria, nor his brothers Cruz and Romeo, all of whom he has blocked on social media.

However, the situation is "very different" regarding his 14-year-old sister. It is understood that Brooklyn wants to protect Harper from the family breakdown. But a source acknowledged that the "fundamental logistics of his little sister living under the same roof as his parents makes things very hard, contact-wise," and the pair are not as close as they once were.

Brooklyn's Public Condemnation

After first skipping his father's 50th birthday celebration, Brooklyn condemned his family in a blistering Instagram post earlier this year, which left his sister heartbroken. He wrote: "I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life." He accused his mother of dancing inappropriately at his wedding and claimed his parents tried to split him and Nicola up.

Brooklyn's estrangement persisted as he snubbed his father's Walk of Fame celebrations. In an interview before the ceremony, David refused to discuss the feud with Variety, stating: "To be honest, I'm sorry to stop you there, but that's a private matter. That's the one thing that I don't want to talk about."

Harper's Efforts to Keep the Family Together

While her siblings have frozen Brooklyn out, Harper has been desperate to keep the family together amid the social media barbs. On Valentine's Day, she posted a photograph of herself beaming with her arms around Brooklyn in a swimming pool, with Romeo and Cruz embracing each other. "I love you all so much words can't describe it," Harper captioned the image, tagging her three elder brothers. However, Brooklyn had also blocked Harper on Instagram, so he could not see the post.

Harper previously enjoyed a tight bond with sister-in-law Nicola, with the duo referring to each other as "sisters" before the rift. During the ongoing dispute, Brooklyn and Nicola have remained firmly allied. The budding chef declared: "My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we've tried to come together as one. The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared."
