Freddy Brazier's ex Holly Swinburn details 'verbal abuse' and final betrayal
Freddy Brazier's ex makes shocking abuse claims in pregnancy

In a candid and emotional new interview, Holly Swinburn, the pregnant ex-girlfriend of TV personality Freddy Brazier, has made a series of shocking allegations about their short-lived relationship, claiming she endured verbal abuse and a profound betrayal of trust.

The Allegations of Abuse and the Final Straw

Holly Swinburn, 22, who is expecting Freddy Brazier's child, has claimed the 21-year-old was "verbally abusive" during their time together. The couple, who began dating in June 2024 after Freddy contacted her on TikTok, moved quickly, with Freddy moving into Holly's east London home and the pair adopting a dog named Pablo.

Holly, who discovered she was pregnant in August, alleges the abuse included Freddy calling her "fat" and a "s***", among "all the names under the sun". She told The Sun she initially stayed in the relationship "for the sake of the baby, but it got too much."

The final breaking point came when Holly went on a pre-planned family holiday. She had entrusted Freddy with her home and their dog, but alleges he betrayed that trust completely. She claims their Pocket Bully dog was left alone for extended periods and that Freddy had unauthorised guests over, leading to noise complaints from neighbours.

"He messaged me at 3am with a picture of five people, including two girls," Holly stated. "He told me he had been in my flat smoking weed with them...I made the decision to end it for good. Enough is enough."

A Family Feud Steeped in Grief

The drama extends beyond the couple's direct relationship, entangled with the complex dynamics of Freddy Brazier's famous family. Freddy is the son of the late reality star Jade Goody, who died from cervical cancer in 2009 when he was just four years old.

Holly has also alleged that Freddy's maternal grandmother, Jackiey Budden, was verbally abusive towards her and pushed for an expensive paternity test, further straining relations. This allegation touches on a wider family rift, as Freddy's father, Jeff Brazier, had taken legal action to prevent Freddy from seeing Jackiey due to welfare concerns, leading to a period of estrangement.

Chartered counselling psychologist Dr Jane Halsall, analysing the situation, told the Mirror that grief is at the heart of the family's struggles. "When Jade died, the loss will have created a profound disruption to the emotional structure of the family," she explained, noting each member has struggled to find their identity in the aftermath.

Moving Forward and a Focus on the Future

Despite the turmoil, Holly acknowledges Freddy showed "signs of caring" during her pregnancy, including attending baby scans. However, she found it impossible to move past the alleged lies and betrayal.

Following the split, Freddy posted on social media that he was a "broken man". The news of the baby initially helped mend the rift between Freddy and his father Jeff, who raised Freddy and his brother Bobby as a single parent after Jade's death. Jeff has stepped up, with Bobby vowing that raising the child would be a "team effort."

Holly says she is now solely focused on creating a "stable environment" for her unborn child and is determined to move forward without Freddy. A representative for Freddy Brazier issued a statement to the Mirror, saying: "We are aware of the claims that have been made and have made the decision not to address them at this time. Freddie remains committed to cooperating where appropriate and to making the right decisions for the wellbeing of everyone involved, especially the child on the way."

The statement concluded with a request for privacy and respect as the matters are handled.
