Freddy Brazier, the 21-year-old model and TV personality, has issued a fierce denial of what he calls "sick" allegations made by his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Holly Swinburn. The public row threatens to impact his career and his future relationship with his first child, who is due to be born soon.
A Relationship Unravels Amid Serious Accusations
The couple, who announced Holly's pregnancy with joy in the summer, have since ended their relationship. This week, Holly Swinburn, 22, claimed the split was triggered after Freddy hosted a party at her flat while she was on holiday with her family. She alleged the gathering involved other girls and drug use.
Freddy has now responded with a scathing rebuke, telling friends the claims are false. "No orgy has been had in our flat. It certainly wasn’t some sort of drug party either," he stated. He admitted that a small group did go to the flat and shared a cannabis joint, but insisted he then told everyone to leave. He attributed Holly's suspicions to a friend's forgotten ID, which she allegedly misinterpreted.
Fears for Future and Family Fallout
Freddy expressed serious concern about the potential fallout from the ongoing dispute. "The things she’s saying could cost me work, and damage my relationship with my child when they’re born," he said. He also accused Holly of planning further interviews, suggesting the public airing of their private life is far from over.
Complicating matters further, Holly claimed that Freddy's father, TV presenter Jeff Brazier, has been siding with her in the argument. Freddy reacted angrily to this, saying, "I don’t like that Dad is apparently taking Holly’s side." This comes after Jeff's own recent split from his wife, Kate Dwyer, after seven years of marriage—a separation partly linked to reported tensions with Freddy and his brother Bobby.
A History of Controversy and Denials
This is not the first time Freddy Brazier has been linked to cannabis use. Previously, it emerged that his grandmother, Jackiey Budden—the mother of the late Jade Goody—would smoke the drug with him at her flat in Bermondsey, southeast London. This prompted Jeff Brazier to attempt to legally block Freddy from seeing her.
However, in August, Jackiey denied being responsible for any alleged addiction, stating, "I’ve read all these things and I just can’t believe them. It just isn’t true at all." Despite these past controversies, Freddy and Holly's relationship had appeared strong when they shared their pregnancy news online earlier this year. Holly has now stated she wants to focus on raising their child alone, leaving the couple's future as co-parents uncertain amidst the bitter war of words.
