Weight Loss Journey

With 766,000 followers on Instagram, Danny regularly shares family insights. In a recent post, he expressed being "proud" of his transformation, sharing two photos to show how he feels happier and healthier after losing weight.

He accompanied the photos with a heartfelt statement: "It's not until you see old pictures that you realise how much you've changed. Looking at the photo on the left, I remember feeling run down, tired and constantly putting myself at the bottom of the priority list. Like a lot of parents, I was so busy trying to be everything for everyone else that I forgot to look after myself. To be the best husband I can be. To be the best dad I can be. I first needed to be the best Danny I could be. The photo on the right isn't about being perfect. It's about feeling healthier, happier and having more energy for the people who matter most."

He added: "Still a work in progress, but I'm proud of how far I've come."

Support from Friends and Fans

Followers quickly sent love and support, including familiar faces. Former Emmerdale actor and Strictly Come Dancing star Lewis Cope commented: "This is class! Well done!!" Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle, said: "Crazy proud." Former Corrie star Brooke Vincent, now on Hollyoaks, wrote: "Gwannnnnnnnnnnnn Danny Miller." England football legend Jill Scott added: "Looking great Danny! X."

Danny has previously revealed he is a huge Liverpool FC fan and attended the Carabao Cup final when the Reds beat Chelsea in extra time.

Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX.
