Mia Winward-Dunn, the 20-year-old daughter of Emmerdale actress Sammy Winward and former footballer David Dunn, has announced she is expecting her first child. The OnlyFans model shared the news while displaying her growing bump, but revealed she has not informed her estranged parents due to a two-year rift.
Mia, who has since ended her OnlyFans career, described the pregnancy as 'bittersweet' as she remains estranged from her mother and father. Sammy Winward, known for playing Katie Sugden on the ITV soap, severed contact with Mia in summer 2024 over her work on the adult platform. David Dunn, a former Blackburn Rovers player, reportedly called her a 'w***e' for joining OnlyFans.
Speaking about her decision not to share the news with her parents, Mia said: 'I haven't reached out to them yet and they don't really know how to contact me. I am emotionally vulnerable while I'm pregnant and I really don't want a big, stressful situation.' She expressed a desire to repair the relationship but acknowledged that 'there's a lot to forgive and that process hasn't even started yet.'
Despite the estrangement, Mia insisted she has no regrets about her OnlyFans career, describing it as 'the best year or two of my life traveling the world for shoots with amazing people.' She stopped creating content 'the minute' she discovered she was pregnant. Mia now lives a quieter life in the Lake District with her partner of one year, whose identity she has not disclosed.
Mia remains in contact with one unnamed family member. Reflecting on her parents' reaction to her OnlyFans work, she said she 'didn't really understand why' they responded as they did. She previously claimed her mother was 'jealous' of her success, but now, expecting her own child, she said: 'I just couldn't imagine not speaking to my child.'
