Kyle is thrilled when Cain asks to attend his swearing-in ceremony at the cadets. As Kyle takes his oath, he is disappointed to realize Cain is not in the crowd. Cain's struggle is revealed as he rushes to the toilet but does not make it in time. Spotting the wet patch in his trousers, he hides in the cubicle, but Charles realizes what has happened and gets him a pair of clean trousers. Charles and Bob offer support, and Cain returns to Kyle's ceremony. Cain tells Kyle what happened, and Kyle reassures him before Cain confesses to Moira that he fears his health issues are making him "less of a man." At the hospital, Cain is told that tests show it is highly likely the cancer has spread slightly. Cain spirals upon learning he will need further treatment but must wait months as his body needs time to heal from the prostatectomy.
Lewis in Danger
Finally, Vinny surprises Lewis with a spontaneous trip, but an anxious Lewis pulls out. After Ross encourages his brother to go, Lewis races to catch Vinny at the airport, but soon a van screeches to a halt nearby, putting Lewis in danger.
