Raducanu has faced persistent speculation about Spanish star Carlos Alcaraz since they played together at the 2025 US Open. Despite Alcaraz stating in 2024 that he was looking for a romantic partner, Raducanu has consistently described their bond as a close friendship. She noted that they share a genuine connection from their younger days and value their history together.
The 'Terrible' Question
Fellow Briton Cameron Norrie was once asked directly during a Wimbledon press conference if he was dating Raducanu. Norrie, who is in a long-term relationship with Louise Jacobi, was visibly baffled and denied the rumour. When Raducanu later heard about the incident, she laughed and called it 'terrible, terrible.'
Discussing the ongoing curiosity about her love life, Raducanu said: 'I guess it comes with the territory. People are more curious about this than tennis results. But I keep my private life to myself. It's funny when people try to find something out, but I try not to read into it too much.'
